Matt's Graduation to Purple belt

Matt couldn't be at the formal graduation due to other obligations (particularly helping Mommy and Daddy with the White Bear Lake ECFE Garage Sale).  Mr. Fliss and Mr. Riser set up a private Graduation for Matt, I think he liked it.

Tournament of Champions - All American Karate Cup

Matt competed in his first Karate Tournament.   He did awesome!

Our weekend Wine Tasting, Dinner, Hotel, no kids escape.

 

At the hotel room with the tree Matt made Lynn before we left.  It traveled everywhere with us.

Happy Easter

 

Yep, the kids were pretty happy Easter morning.

 

Julia's bendy microphone was just what a hit and Sarah loved her new baby...I never paid attention, but Jeff pointed out that Cabbage Patch kids smell really good.

 

Thanks Matt for holding them still while we tried to get a good photo.

 

Of course, not everybody is smiling in any of the pictures we took..believe it or not, this was the best one.

 

We stopped in to say Happy Easter to grandma, grandpa and Uncle Mike.  Grandma is getting better every day, but the recliner will still be her home for a few more weeks.

Tom had to help Sarah find her basket.

 

She was very greatful for her Easter treats.

 

Matt must have taken the camera while I wasn't paying attention...does he not know that he incriminated himself with this photo?

 

Even Sarah loves the marbles...thank goodness she is almost past the stage of putting everything in her mouth.
